I took this picture at a party in Tokyo. I was just so overwhelmed bythe dresses, the make-up and the attitude of the people there...

How do you like it?

I took this picture at a party in Tokyo. Not just was this girl really

beautiful -- she was not the least camera-shy and loved being

photographed. The party was really great and I think this shot shows a

little of the atmosphere of the night.

This was my first night out in Tokyo and all expectations were met!

The party was great and the people responded very friendly to my

picture taking.

I used a little flash with 1/250th sec and exposed the background with 2 sec after the flash. So the girl is perfecd in focus but the club is exposed long enough for getting the colorful atmosphere in the picture.

Today I took my first trip outside with my new Canon 20D (which is myvery first digital camera!). As I still have not yet received myEOS-Nikon adapter and had only a 32MB memory chip it was a reallyshort and slightly annoying trip -- I had to hold the lens against thecamera and could only take 12 pictures. Anyway, I am really happy withmy first macro-ladybug-picture!

How do you like the composition/framing and the colors of the picture?

Despite its flaws and imperfections I like this picture a lot, becauseit captured the mood of the protest quite well.

What do you think of it?

My friend thinks this picture is boring, has no subject and is(obviously) out-of-focus.

I really like this shot and would like to know what others think.

I am not so happy with the empty space behind the photographer. What

do you think?

This image shows a telescope on top of the Zeilgalerie in Frankfurt am

Main, Germany. Usually this is a heavily frequented tourist spot, but

I got lucky and could take this picture during dusk while no-one was

occupying the telescope.
