    Bride

The delicateness of the bride and its implicit innocence against the rough and stripped environment makes this image a standout. The distant and somehow occasional view makes her look even more unprotected, creating a certain angst to the viewer and reinforcing the emotional link to this. I really like it. Regards, ricardo

    Vacant Lot #1

Hi Jack, Looking at this series and how you titled it, and I can't help to think about a line from Who's Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses from U2 (what can I do, I grew up in the 80s and 90s so I love them) - "you left my hear empty as a vacant lot, for any spirit to haunt". It really connects to me this image under that line in such romantic way... what this has been heavier than what this will be, fragments of the past that we just can't get rid. Beautiful work.

Drew, the results of your creativity never cease to amaze me. I don't even try to figure out what is this or where it comes from. I just wish you keep going there and continue to bring here such delights. Regards, ricardo

    Dreamer

It is enigmatic and has a touching nostalgic beauty. The displacement of corner of the window to a less obvious position in the composition brings an extra artsy dimension. Regards, ricardo
