I'd probably say: Sylvia's culito?
-
Lane, thanks for the comment.
Do you mean that I should write something like what I wrote in the technical details box?
I think that probably should have been here in a comment; but I wrote it there by mistake.
Or do you mean something else?
Thanks for the feedback!!
-
Probably not as colourful as my previous sky's picture, but it gives a
completly different feeling (at least to me).
What do you think?
-
Thanks for looking and rating guys.
I just wanted to add that maybe you'd like to see a similar picture I've got in the same folder. If you look at it, you'll see that the texture is quite different (all I changed was the EV). It was taken maybe a couple of minutes before this one (I took over 40 pics really quickly)
-
This is the kind of view I've got from my window some mornings, I hope
you like it.
I'm using a small compact digital camera, what type of digital camera
would be good enough to get all the colours that my eyes were getting,
but my camera didn't get?
Thanks for commenting!
-
LOL, gracias!
Tendria que haber pensado en ello para elegir el titulo, podria haber sido algo como: portable satellite TV?

That's a lovely cat in an awsome picture :-)
I can't get good pictures of my cats, because they're Black British, and my cheap camera makes it difficult because of the jpeg effect :-(
edit: if you want to see an original picture of my cat http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=1971064
if you want to see another member's nice cat pictures, you could see Yvonne's http://www.photo.net/shared/community-member?user_id=522906

Thanks for the comment jan.
But, what would you do to improve it?
Because the loch is next to my house, I'll be able to the the shot a thousand more times, what should I try next time?
-
The picture shows the Loch of Skene, a nice place 5 minutes from my
house, in Aberdeenshire.
Please make critics so that I can learn :-)
-
Great contrast between blue and orange. The composition is great as well.
I can't think of anything I'd change.
I love it.

>> I hope it was the Buchanan Castle (ruins). That one is in my family!
Actually we got married at Crathes Castle. It was nice and small, and we go there quite often with the dogs (it's quite close to my house).
Do you have any photos of Scotland in here?
(I ask because there seems to be a problem with photo.net server now and it's extremly slow for me to see anything)
-
I don't know if you guys have been to Scotland, so I hope I can bring
enough pictures to make you come here and enjoy it as much as I do.
This picture was shot the day after my wedding, when we went for a
picnic, near Ballater.
Please feel free to make comments/critics, because I'm a newbie and
I'd love to learn as much as possible before I get to buy a "proper"
camera :-)
Thanks for looking!

Do you have any view from the stern?
I'd like to see the lines of that hull, not just the rudder.
-
I love water pictures, what I most like from this one is that the water seems to be frozen.
How long did it take?
-
-
I'd probably show only the glass that is reflecting the background, so that you could get more detail into it. After all, the other glass is just a plain normal one.
-
>> the camera is a digital one (see "technical details, above")
I saw that, but I didn't see what model was (now I have). I use a point-and-shoot kind as well (a couple of months at least until I can afford a D-SLR)
A propósito, su esposa tiene muchas más paciencia que la mía; ella haría dos fotos y ya se iría ;-)
-
Any comments/critics would help me to improve.
Thanks!

I don't think it's too dark. Maybe you could get a bit of light from the bottom as well, but the surrounding darknes makes you pay more attention to the real subject of the image, so I like it.
-
Interesting/funny picture.
What camera did you use? what was the distance between the camera and you?
-
nice picture, once it's in a smaller size ;)
john, don't you have any program to view images in your computer? That should have an option to resample the size (which is supposed to be kept at around 800 by 600)
-
Interesting picture.
If I had the chance, I'd try to get both arms wide open, but still below her shoulders.
-
Nice, just crop a bit the sun.
-
Great colours.
I'd like to know how far the camera was from it.
