    great composition and wonderful tone to set the mood of the shot.. the sparkle in his eyes makes this shot more interestin, great work! ;p

    hi CHiPs, took this at MacRitchie reservoir eh! i was really lucky to be right there as the sun is setting.. ;p

     

    actually the actual shot does not have such a huge gamut of colors, i changed the hue and color balance a bit to bring out the colors.. hopefully you guys would not consider tat as cheatin.. ;p

    wonderful details and an effective composition.. great work, perhaps you could have bumped up the saturation a bit to make the colors stand out more..

    this was taken at the esplanade at around 6pm, hence the sun was right behind this lalang bush, i was lucky to catch this scene.. cheers! ;p

    a good composition..

     

    regarding the highlights being blown, i think adding a grad ND filter might help.. i personally prefer water that is as smooth as silk, maybe adding aother X8 ND filter will allow u to increase ur shutter time and make the water more smooth and silky.. but nice job anyways, cheers! ;p
