Stones gathered on the beach of our forgotten past. Thanks.

The composition here is so simple and yet so rich. I like it much more than the other one with the boat in the center. Here you have captured something more vague and more aesthetically universal

Yes, certainly, there is an atmosphere here. A silent weep. A forest ravaged by orcs I would say.

well balanced, has the feel of completeness

I like your style a lot. Thanks

Few purely BW photographs, without toning, work for me. But this one does. Sepia would be probably as good, though. 6/6. Thanks.

Thanks for comments, I am not sure what precisely you wanted to say. But if you wanted to state that there is no hidden message in this photo, that it tells nothing, then I have to admit, your're absolutely right ! If I had something to say I would say it or write it. Photography for me is about creating formal compositions - shapes, tones, colors, sometime a 'message' can be used formally as a part of such a composition, but usually a 'message' spoils it, distracts, makes it less of a photograph more of a cartoon or TV news snapshot.

Just an old barn.

High contrast BW photos - once very popular, now almost obsolete. Is
this aesthetic gone forever ? Thanks.

Oblique, slightly psychodelic, urban composition.

Somewhere deep inside, helpless, mute, raped childish longings. What
do you say ? Thanks.

For me - the best photo in your folder. Unique composition and toning. Poetic & dramatic. Picturesque. Thanks.
