Hi Mike He came walking straight past us... the smell was very pungent. Apparently he had been in must for months already. No other bull would mess with one like him, but thankfully he was just focused on the cows ahead of him. ;-) Thanks for taking a look. I love so many of your images. Hi Mike The elephant group wasn't acting threatened in any way so we could just enjoy watching them without the stress. 300mm is the longest lens that I have (the first autofocus version) with a 1.4x converter if needed for a little extra reach - not in this case though. The animals come quite close to the game drive vehicles and often 300mm is actually too long. I found that I reached for my 70-200 often. -
