I'm no expert, and get a little sheepish about posting my photos for critique too (there's a lot of great artists roaming around this site)

The eyes are a little dark.... but it fits in with the whole mood of the portrait. Great model.... nice tones.... well done!

Normally I don't like a lot of effects.... but this one adds a lot to the shot.... makes it look like a woodcarving or something.
