You should try moving a bit to the left or right in order to avoid the reflection of the two poles in the water.

Sepia would be perfect for this photo!

Very interesting photo. I would like to see all of the trees cropped or clonned out of the shot.
-
The background is too bright!
-
I like this shot. I might have tried a version where you could see the bottom of the nearest door!
-
Try making the light-house less prominent by moving further away or zooming back a bit. ...The surrounding rocks & water could make this shot stronger.

Thanks for the constructive feedback Thom! You seem well versed in the technical and artistic rules of composition. I'd also like to see some of your work.

Nice shot Alec !

The colors are nice. The atmosphere of this shot is serene yet haunting at the same time.

Awesome contorsion shot. needs more contrast.

This definitely has a mysterious castle look. I find myself trying to lower my head to see if I can peek under (and past) the branches. It might also look good taken from ground level with fewer branches obstructing the view of the "castle" !

Danny: This would be even more powerful if the model was dressed in a basic color that is strikingly dissimilar from the color of the seats (such as yellow, blue, or green). Nice use of recurring pattern!
-
Nice shot. Maybe you could crop it so that you have two of the foreground (left to right stairs) flights and one of the background flights (right to left stairs).

Nice shot. I think it would look great in sepia as well!

Well composed. Great title. The frame brings it all together. Nice job!

The composition is great. I like the perspective you have offered. I don't like the border and I find the title text is too large. The black background works well. I would have deepened the D.O.F. so that all of the petals would be sharp.

Great shot. I would crop the window frame on the left side.
