    Interesting, yet I think there is too much empty space. Perhaps cropping most of the white space on the right of the sticks would work better and a bit off the bottom. That would place the sticks a bit off-centre. I like the burn-in effect on the left side of the photo but overall I think it is too empty.

    I like the effect on the edges. You could try moving a bit to the left. This would have more of the left tree used as a frame, as the current branches on the left seem a bit badly cropped.

    I like the colours. I would recommend perhaps a smaller box and font as it discracts me from the actual photo. Perhaps a smaller square where the broken mud bits are, linked by a single line to the font?
