Simply fantastic!

I like this picture a lot, I wanted to show the "majestic landscape
of Norway", in a Ansel Adams like way!. Did I succeed?
-
This is a shot from a holiday in Norway last week. My whish before
the trip was to come home with a picture showing the huge mountains
and valleys of the country. The weather was quite poor the day I too
this picture, but I think the huge cloud and the valleys of which
some parts is dark because of the shadows from the clouds,
visualises the ?hugeness? of the scene. The trees in the front are
totally black on the slide because of shadows from another clod.
This shot is one of my favourites from the trip. What do you think,
does it show the ?majestic landscape?.

What do you think about the picture, any comments are welcome!!!

It works best on the left picture - on the other one kinda wonders "what went wrong!"

Well done - i like the mood of the picture
-
Good - Have you tried B&W for this one?
-
Really nice!!

I would say that by first view, this picture is quite boring? But after I have been looking at it for a while I actually like it. The light on the field in front of the picture creates some depth. I guess it might look better in a big enlargement!

Normally I shoot landscapes on slide films, almost exclusively
Velvia. Anyhow I had a print film in the camera the day I took this
picture, and I have been working a lot on the picture to get
the ?right lifelike colours? I normally get from slides. Anyhow, I
don?t think I really succeeded in doing that, but I like the motive
and composition of this picture.
What do you think about the picture, is the colours killing it or
not?
-
I think the idea is ok, but the picture is quite a mess, maybe you could focus on just one drop or something?
-
I think a portrait is one of the most fantastic motives. I havent
shot a lot of them, because I dont have a lot of models, but
anyway, I think Ill start to do some more in the future. What do
you think about this one?

I like this picture. There is some nice blue colours in it, the waves and the clouds are fantastic. A really nice shot - I would be proud if it was mine :->

Thanks Brian! :->
-
Thanks Lyssa.
I used Velvia and a pol-filter, and that made these colours, you should see the slide The light was coming in from the left lightning up the tree. I only turned up the contrast a bit digitally, thats all :->

Thank you Im very glad to hear that :->

I think this is one of my best pictures ever What do you think
about the picture?
-
This was my lucky day - I could not belive my eyes when I got the
film developed - the owl was exactly in the position that I had
hoped for, and I only managed to take one shot of the bird in the
air, and i diden't have time to focus. The camera had a hard time
focussing in the dark, relying on the AF light on my Metz flash, so
I just took the picture into the dark when the owl came racing
towards me, and then I ducked so that it diden't hit me. I guess the
owl is around 2 meters ahead of me on the picture! This is the whole
frame no cropping or anything! My lucky day I guess! What do You
think?

I like this picture, it could be like a old painting!

The picture is really good, but I think the Copyright text ruins it a bit if You have to have it, try to put it in a frame or something!
