I'm a cat person, have been for years 50+. My rule is that if the quality of life is good for the cat then good for you taking care of it. Thanks for sharing this with us!

 

As a close up photographer I like this. I am far, I mean far, from an expert, but what I do if the light is bright, as I shoot a lot during the day, is to bracket the photo. I don't know if your camera has this built in or not. What is does it takes 3 pictures, 1 as set, one as one 1 stop under exposed and 1 as one stop over exposed. I usually get a decent photo this way. Of course this means that 2 frames are rejected but that is photographing. You can of coures set this yourself as you probably know. Still, I like this.

 

I like refection shots and yours caught my eye as soon as the page loaded. Very nice! I like the brightness difference in the top and bottom. Of course that is me and maybe not for every one.

This is nice. I would have liked to see the color version but this is fine!!

I like this for a number of reasons: Close ups are my favorite, bugs on flowers are always good, and you stated that the film used was what ever was in the camera, cheap stuff! My kind of photographer!

 

 

I like this! To me it tells a story. Makes me wonder what the out come was. I noticed your equipment is pretty close to mine. Now if I could just learn to get these kind of shots!

This caught my attention on two counts: animals and close ups, my two fun things to do. I love the look of your cat. It takes time to get a decent shot of any animal and I like this.

 

To see some head shots of animals, check out "Eye to eye" by Frans Lanting at you library. I am still new at this and read and watch evrything he has written and videoed. Has helped me a great deal.

I believe that when the photographer says he like this or it is one of his favorites, that is most important to me. It tells a story and I love the color in the sky. It is my kind of picture, that may not be such a good thing. :)

I like this. The blur works for me (personal choice). The teen and his smile make it so that you don't even notice the background. Great shot!
