Crop it. Take some of the top and veiwer's left. Tighter composition. That's the first thing you need to do.
And while you are at it. Go to the critique forum and select portraits to see how other do it.

Highlights are just a little too blown out. Same rule applies as in traditional printing. Always expose for the highlights. Otherwise I love the composition and simplicity -
