I had the same loose film problem and it drove me crazy. the problem would occur randomly until I was unloading an exposed roll of film and discovered that I had not pushed the film spool lock button on the bottom of the camera. Make sure you push the buttons in firmly. I've never had a problem since. Every so often you should check to make sure while you are shooting.

I own the GA645Wi and I have no problem with loose rolls. I've owned 3 of them when I was photographing weddings. When I first started using them I experienced the loose winding, which would occur randomly. The problem was that when I loaded the film I did not push the round spool buttons that lock the spools in on the bottom of the camera. Once I made sure the buttons clicked into place I never experienced loose film spooling. It only takes one loose button.
