I dont think that IR has added anything to this pic. its not apparently IR and IR has simply reduced the cloud detail. perhaps reshoot using normal bw film and use a yellow filter to bring out the clouds.

absolutely brilliant. you have really used photography here in a really artistic and original way. I think that perhaps you should make it B+W to make it more elementary and more powerful. very basic but effective. well spotted

Brilliant rich, although I think that the sky should be as black as the water :o) I like your IR work, you should include the one from the hill garden in golders hill park :o)

ok, but this one, as far as I'm concerned, does not tell a discernable story - it lets down the rest of your portfolio which has lots of powerful work. this is mundane. it's not a crime, but as far as my opinion is concerned, it has no significance.

Personally, I think the tones are ok, but I shot this at f8 - if I had shot it at f16/22 then yes, it would have been sharper

the lighting in it looks somewhat unnatural. not that that is a bad thing - although it looks like it is made up of 2 or more composites.

why do you always increase brightness in photoshop? I think increasing the contrast would be more effective.

its cool man, but why not make it a bit bigger? it doesnt justify the picture to keep it so small

I really don't think IR is appropriate at all here. If the effect you were looking for was the white colour of the plants, perhaps you should have taken an isolated picture of a plant. also the roof is overexposed.

Amazingly vivid and convincing. I would find it horrifyingly inspiring if you could give the apple convincing eyes and make them look at us.....
