The mirror in the background is very effective. Well done.

Interesting. Shot from above apparently, but the head doesn't quite seem right. I like the concept though.

I get what you're saying. For me, the woman is too red, the wolf is perfect. Others will read it differently. I'd wonder about a sepia tone, or variations on black and white. I wish I could copy and play with it a bit to illustrate, but i'm left with imperfect words.

Thinking you might try this in monochrome. Just a thought.

A logging tug in the Comox Harbour. The mill has recently been
closed. The sailing masts in the distance are about 2 km away.
There's a lot of telephoto compression here.

You definitely show quality shots. I'm impressed.

Colorized angel, shot in our garden in Kamloops.

Beautiful work. Congratulations

Another flower picture. My points for discussion are the selective
focus, and the concept of colour movement - cool colours recede and
warm ones advance. I think it works well in this photo. Written
comments especially welcomed.

Your thoughts and written critique are welcomed.

better

It would have been improved with more background blurring as in panning with a slower shutter speed.

Your comment is helpful. Any critique is better than none!

Taken at the North Island Sheep Dog Trials

Sheep dog and ornery sheep.

The green seems a bit over saturated. Apart from that, nice shot.

The photo is a bit small for accurate comments. You might try preparing your photos at 750 pixels long axis. That said, I like the composition. There are a couple of areas that seem unfocussed, one in the lower left corner, the other in the upper center field. Keep up the good work, look forward to seeing more.
