Came upon this photo in the everglades. Interesting bird. Please
let me know what you think.

I found this texture interesting and thought it would make a cool
shadow and detail shot. Please let me know what you think.

I caught him just in time. He was so cute and smily, and at the
same time decided he would give me the tongue. I rarely see
reptiles acting so cute...I was really happy to be able to catch
this.
Please tell me what you think.

Experimenting with zoom during exposure. All comments welcome and
appreciated.

This was taken on a morning in Florida that was a little colder than
normal. There was ice everywhere when I woke and I decided to take
this. I know the upper right of the photo is a problem...
Comments welcome and appreciated.

I came across this statue and thought that it presented an
interesting subject. Please let me know what you think.

I really liked the texture and placement of this rope on the beach
and thought a macro shot was in order. Please let me know what you
think.

This iguana fell out of a tree in my backyard. It made quite a thump
and so I ran with my camera and got as close as he would allow.
Comments welcome and appreciated.

Comments very welcome and appreciated.

This parrot was really friendly and so I managed to get him to come
through the cage a little. I really would have liked to eliminate
the cage from the shot, but it wasnt possible. Comments always very
welcome.

Experimenting with light, shadow and texture. Do you think the
framing of the shot is leaving too much room under her chin? How
could I have made this photo more profound? Thank you very much for
your comments.

The texture and shape of this young fern really caught my eye when
stepping out the front door one day. I wanted to capture it's
beauty, but was there a better way of doing so? Please let me know
what you think.

I caught my gecko smiling and took a quick shot of him. Please let
me know what you think.

This is the first photo I have taken in a studio set-up. I was
experimenting with light and liked the result of this shot. The scan
of the photo however is very poor and so please excuse the spots and
lighter areas in the black. The original photo has none of these
flaws...sorry for the poor quality. All comments are greatly
appreciated.

This photo was taken with a .8 sec exposure and so it appears soft
of the focus but is actually the movement of the jellyfish
themselves that gives them their atherial quality. Please let me
know what you think.

I took this photo while trying to experiment with light and shadow.
I wanted to capture the texture of the palm frond and the shadow
being cast. Also, I let the sky come into the shot in the bottom
corner to give a sense of place - to let you know you're outside.
Please let me know what you think...all comments are greatly
appreciated.

I just wanted to state that the photo was taken with the intention of darkening the corners to illustrate a sort of dream, and the castle was not intended to be lit from the front, it was taken as a sillouette photograph. Thanks for the comments.

In this photo I was experimenting with natural light and texture.
The plant was being slightly illuminated from behind and it left the
borders of the holes with a bit of a halo. Please let me know what
you think, your comments are very valuable.

This photo was taken at the Ritz Carlton on Key Biscayne, Miami,
Florida. The sun was setting and I had to get a shot of this
marvelous castle someone had built. The photo looks grainy because
of the scan, however, I would really love and appreciate any
comments. Thank you very much.
