This alligator was interested in my family picnic going on just feet

from his watering hole. He started approaching us and when he got

too close, my family made a run for the car and I whipped out the

camera. This guy was huge! It was actually kind of scary to be so

close to him.

I love the perspective, the composition and clarity of this photo. Really great job!!

I took this portrait of my horse guide and wrangler because he had a

really interesting look. He didn't speak a word of English and I

not a word of Spanish, but somehow we both survived a 4 hour long

horseback trek from the foot of Volcan Arenal up to the cloud

forests of Monteverde in Costa Rica.

This scene caught my eye as I was walking through a dark building.

The grape leaves just appeared out of the shadow of the room framed

by the dark shadow of the window.
