Technically I think it can be improved by increasing contrast and a little sharpness. I attached quick example.

first, thank you for your comments on my portraits and pointing details attracted your attention, very important for me.

Your tones support well beauty of old town view, great details, contrast, light, reflected in still water. Interesting, that buildings sharing walls, but each one has different shape of roof and personality. Composition is welcoming, with good proportions. The 'three wood contraction" on foreground is original addition to the view... but I am debating with myself, if it is necessary, or make just closer crop... Probably, it will be good, but different picture.
