I wish I could see both faces of the couple and that the closeup of the women's face was a tad darker. But all-in-all I still think this photo is very compelling. I like it!

Nice overall photo. The choice of sepia adds to the mood of this photo. Good timing in capturing the clouds, a cloudless sky would have lessen the mood.

I like how you used the trees to frame the photo. The clouds add to the overall mood. If it was a bright sunny day this photo would have less impact. Nicely done!

The railing in the corner makes this photograph. Take away that and it's a lot less effective. Nice job!

I like the model and what she is wearing. I'm mot too sure the background works with this. Perhaps a darker more neutral background would work best.

Interesting photo. I like the grittiness that the photo projects. Also the composition is interesting and has great eye appeal.
-
Interesting. I like the rim light.

I like the composition, the shadow on the wall, the lighting, even the framed pictures in the background give it some depth. What spoils this photograph for me is the softness of the main subject and that's too bad. I want to like this photo a lot, but I can't get by the out of focus musician.

A common subject made interesting with imagination and skill. Well done!

Interesting house and nice warm colors but too much in the foreground distracts from the overall image. I would have loved this photo much better if you would have moved in and concentrated on the house.
-
The figure in the foreground makes this photo and separates it from hundreds of others that I've seen dealing with the Northern Lights. Not that the others are neccessary bad, it's just that many of them look the same.

The photo is soft in many areas. There could also be better seperation of the layers in the rock formation. This could be helped through various printing/Photoshop methods. It's an interesting subject that doesn't come off well for me because of some of the technical details that need to be improved.

The lighting and color reminds me of the old chromes from the '50's.

The "Old house" in this photo is being dominated by the unattractive old tree to the right. It doesn't add anything and only hides what appears to be an interesting old door behind it. Perhaps shooting more from the left side would get rid of the tree and show more of the house with its many interesting features.

The hot spot from the street lamp really takes away from the mood of the photo. The eye keeps looking over in that direction like a deer caught in headlights. Cropping out the light and concentrating on the fence and trees to the right would yield a much better photograph.
-
The hot spots on the right side really dominate this photo and takes away any good aesthetics. A tighter crop would probably help this photo immensely.

Simplicity is often times best. This is a very simple photo, but powerful! Very well done.
