Surrealistic. Nice composition and nice colors, very warm. I'm not a big fan of too much HDR and this one is for me a little too much. On the other hand, in this case it gives a nice effect and I must agree that it works.

I like this portrait because it is spontaneous. You used the background in a very nice way and the centered position of the girl is not a problem here. The warm and 'old' colors fit in perfectly. You added some vignets, I think that is nice here but it shouldn't be more.

Pierre is right about the compostion, but i some cases this crop works. It could be if you cut of some of the left side and she tilted her head a little more to the right side of the photo (her left shoulder). I like the snow in her hear and the white shawl she wears. Nice!

Original framing. I like the contrast of the red dress to the wall and her skin. Nice pose.

Beautiful winter landscape. The texture in the snow is terrific. Nice colors give a real winter sensation. Lovely!

Very nice! Good exposure and contrast. My only suggestion could be to take a higher or lower viewpoint as the 2nd stick from the right side is touching the background.

A nice portrait. The girl seems to be shy. Nice expression on her face. The contrast is good and gives a nice mood. Good texture in her dress. My only suggestion would be to dodge her right eye (left on the photo) a little lighter as it is dark now. For me that distracts a little.

Very nice idea. My first assosciation when I saw the thumnail was with a muslim girl wearing head coverage. A closer look revealed a beautiful portrait. I really like this photo. The expression and the way her hear is wrapped around her neck. As a B&W the photo may be a little soft (low contrast) but I think it works here. Good job!

It's a strong and contrasty photo, with a good exposure giving the water a soft aspect. The composition is centralized (the little house) and I think it works here. Nice place, many possibilities for stunning B&W photography.
