Don't be afraid to crop. The car could be easily cropped out and would make the photo a lot better.
And practice, practice, practice on panning. It should get a natural way of photography for you.

The water level has risen during the war, but the waterfalls still are
impressive, especially due to their location.

I took aim from 3 different spots, from the bridge right in front, from the pub visible at the left and from the little beach at the other side of the bridge. This spot (the first one) pleased me most. The other side had too much clutter in front of the bridge. Problem point was the time of the day (near noon) rendering the light less pleasing.
