Wanted you to know that I am regular visistor. I dont always leave comments; be assured that I allways like your work.

Did you try cropping the picture in half?
-
You nailed it - crisp detail and great color.

Try viewing "larger"

I used the Photomerge tool in Photoshop to put together these
portraits of my children (younger at that time). Any comments are
appreciated.

Minnesota climate is a study of extremes from bitterly cold and raw
landscape to incredibly lush especially the transition from spring
to early summer. The colors have the look of fresh new born and the
depth of lush saturation. Comments are appreciated.

I think I might be taking a chance with this photo but it does
express what I felt. It is more of a personal statement than
a "good" shot. Comments are appreicated.

The split toning works really well here. I have used selenium a lot. It does great with the shadows, congrats,

Lars - very nice series of "snow" photos; in particular your control of the highlights which can be very difficult to protray without blowing them out. Good composition as well. I also liked the tree photographs in your other folder. They are lively, rich in emotion. Good portfolio given only a couple of years of experience. Best.
