  1. I have to clarify one thing which viewers may forget - we are looking at the cyberspace rendition of high quality prints. As such this is only approximation. The impression also varies depending on type of browser used. I guarantee there is neither "over" nor "underexposure" of any sort in displayed images. Thanks anyway.
  2. Predrag - cropping as suggested by Arthur is unbalanced. If you ever prefer a cropped version you would need to crop the 2 sticks on the right as well. Then you have a dominant hut as the center of interest.
  3. Good shot! But I would crop the few millimeters at the bottom to put the stick precisely in the corner - my geometrical inclinations.

Aaaand God bless you Mr. Richard McGinnis! I am amazed. You are so educated that you recognize the flag as Iraqi. Your compatriots often cannot differentiate between Slovenia and Slovakia, Sweden and Switzerland, or Holland and Poland, but are ambitious to rule the world. Peace be with you - the flags in Baghdad were already replaced. The Texan Confederate flags are in minds and hearts.

  4. To me this looks like a vertical composition rather than horizontal. Position of the "tourist" could be improved by either cutting off his legs together with the dark, horizontal step, or, alternatively, by adding more foreground. Verticals should be made parallel by enlarger adjustment.

Unfortunately the thumbnail is too small, while this enlarged version has too low resolution to be able to comment on the esthetics.

  5. For anyone who has not used infrared film, it causes the sky to go black, other foliage to appear white.

Not a universal truth. If there is much infrared radiation in the sky, it will appear very light on IR film, while foliage in the shadows may be black! The graininess can be reduced if developed in Microdol.

Also, burn in the white corners at the bottom.
