It 's a good shot, better lighting would have helped alot -
I like the slow shutter. Overall it seems too blue and the comp would be better if you framed the falls by including some land or trees. Or is not a falls but a stream with an angled pov? -

I like it, but I think I would like it more with maybe 2 stops more exposure. -
Maybe it's my monitor or the scan, but there is agreen tint to her skin, otherwise nice shot, Great eyes!

There are actually catchlights in both eyes, something I was owrking on, they were lost in transmission I guess.
