Thank you all, I am amazed that it was liked, it was very simple, just a tripod and two exposures pasted one over the other in photoshop with the top layer partially erased to reveal the bottom. I hope it gives good ideas, i am sure there are plenty of much more creative things to do like this, i hope i get to see them soon.

You obviously spend a lot of time looking at colours, it is present here and throughout your portfolio. It makes for a wonderfull exploration over the rainbow. Some of your shots are exquisit, especially the abstracts.

This is my first ever self portrait, only really having done macro

Negative always seemed so cliche, why i am not sure but for this

subject it seemed right, perhaps because it is a new borne, and so

ugly?

Hej Michael, That is a very fine picture. Is it a blue burmese? We have a young femal so are thinking of mating her.

These were hard to expose correctly because of the way the short

under hairs affect light absorbance. Any hints on how to improve

would be apreciated.

I think it is the lighting that makes it for me, great shot there, loads of detail and amazing depth with those shadows.

Really nice photo, and very interesting, the poor fellow seems to have a bot fly in his right cheek, perhaps you could put some details as it would be hard to find rare pictures like this without.

How could this kind of shot be improved, how could it have more

composition without loosing its subject?

The lighting was natural, but did it get too soft with all the

reflected yellows?

What a lovely animal, it must be a dream finding it in the woods, it makes me yern for the spring.

What would the best way to be to improve this type of shot?

This little guy was ducking and diving and a little camera shy but

pocked his head out in the end. Does anyone know what the round lump

in the center of the forhead is? Or the above the antenna, some kind

of sensors?

Shot with a 1.4 sigma converter on a 105mm sigma lense. This little

guy got away with it to sing another day, the plant however went

hungry that night.

I have spent hours and hours trying to get one of these and have never got anywhere near as nice a shot as this, they must be the hardest thing to capture, very well done.

Lit with 3 diode lights, perhaps a bit too red?
