Michael,
Did you actually buy anything from this store?
-
I think carbon fiber will be too light and the M6 will miss its
balance when a lens like 90mm APO/70mm is mounted on it. Titanium is
just right and I will love to have one when this is available.

Thanks for all the advices.
Roberto, I live in Hong Kong, in wet and hot summer days, the R.H.
can be 90-97%. I tend to keep my gear in my office where it is
air-cond. and have humidity controlled most of the day.

When not in use, the equipment will normally be put in an air-tight case with drying agent. Any body has experience of using too much drying agent thus causing problems with your equipment? Consequent of insufficient drying agent is easily understandable - fugus start growing on your lenses ..etc. Any better suggestion of keeping your equipment (expecially lenses) in good shape, though understand that keep on using it all the time is the best solution. Regards.

The photos are really impressive. What type of film you mostly used
in those indoor situation?

I quite like the Billinghams small Hadley but have not had the chance to see it physically. Before I place a mail order, can any one be kind enough to advise if it is good enough to hold a M6 body together with 3-4 lenses and few rolls of film? Is there any better suggestion? Thanks.

my new 90 F2 APO is also very tight. Yes, will it become loose later
on? I like the feel of the Nikon 100 F2.5 AI, it is just right.

Hong Kong is cheaper, I bought a M6 ttl @ HK$12,600, i.e. US$1,615
from an authorized dealer.

Diemar,
The photo you post is excelent. How you do that with a scanner? You
just scan the negative and get the result as shown? Is the scanner
very expensive or just a normal scanner would have the same effect.
How about scanning a colour negative or slide, would the same coloured
effect on a print or on the slide be reproduced through a scanner? Can
any one recommend a good quality scanner for this purpose?

I know most of the guys here possess more than one lens of the same focal length. If you have the latest version, why keep the old versions or continue to acquire old versions of the same focal length. The latest version is normally consider better, so if you have a better one, why not sell the old ones and get new versions of the focal length that you don't have? Talking on EV, I think it relates with film speed, aperture, shutter speed - what is their relationship and is there any formula between them. Can any body advise on e.g. an EV of 16 at film speed of of ASA 100, what is the aperture is a shutter speed of 1/60 is used. How about EV 32 based on same film and shutter speed. I like so much about this site as my questions are always answered and I have learn so much about Leica M photography. Thanks a lot

can any body help to explain the relationship among EV, film speed,
shutter speed and aperture. Is there any formula between them? Please

Hi,
How can I use a Nikon SB28 flash unit on my Leica M6TTL without damaging their circuits? Understand that TTL auto is not possible. Normal auto is ok to me.
Thanks
