Yep. Gives me a beautiful 6 x 6 negative. Very sharp lens. If the shutter is a bit slow

(I assume it is because of age but don't know), no problem on color negative film,

which is what I've used so far. Fun to use. Kodak used to compete to make the best

cameras. I have some 620 color film in the freezer. When I shoot it, I respool it onto

a 120 spool to send it away for color processing. I respool black and white onto the

(rare) 620 spools to process myself. I actually use the Chevron and also a Kodak

Medalist, as well as my modern cameras. The old ones are excellent.

Look in used cameras at stores too, and at used camera dealers on the net.

I would avoid pros' cameras because of wear, but these were also the hot advanced

amateur camera in the 50's and 60's (and still would be if there were still a lot of

advanced amateurs).

I got an especially good deal on an E with the 2.8 xenotar (as sharp as the planar) but

no meter. Terrific negatives, lightweight, convenient, sturdy, reliable.

I still have not found anything as good as blotter rolls.

Unfortunately, no one seems to make them anymore. I have a couple of

old ones, and a couple I've bought at old camera stores getting rid of

ancient inventory. The prints come out clean with a backward curl

that straightens, leaving them flat with no curling at the edges.

Nothing ever gets creased or sticks, as with a rotating drum dryer.

Does anyone know of where they can be purchased now?
