Taken in Georgetown, SC. It is floating and also has water in the bottom. A texture has been added based on the luminosity selection from a stucco wall. Note the legs floating underwater in the upper left.

This looks like you made a luminosity selection of a rusty wall and placed it on the image, then used a curves adjustment layer set to multiply blending mode? This is a fantastic result and obviously far exceeds the beauty of the original image. Personally, I would have lessened the texture on the body somewhat.
