This is nicely exposed and you've caught her expression well. However, I think the shot is too tight to show the context of the event, so there is nothing to explain her T-shirt, pose, and expression. Alternatively, you could have gone in a bit closer and lost the girl on the left's back, and that would have made a neater street portrait.
