Wonderful mood.

Sorry this image does not do much for me. I would rather see it being worn by a bride instead. Alternatly I would say that this image is not very exiting by POW standards.
-
The center of the photo is too dark or so to say under exposed. opening up two stops might have helped.
-
Congratulations on POW. This photograph looks great with all other Droplet photos. My favorite is this one though. http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=1014375
Your entire portfolio is most amazing indeed. I guess its time I mark you interesting.
Best Wishes

When I first saw it in the critique request I thought you have merged 3-4 photos in PS. My only nit is that all the people appear to be posing for the photo.
-
Congratulations on POW. Am I the first one to do so. I am a bit curious how did you do it. Did you photoshop the frog? In any case it beautiful
-
You could have left more space on the left of the photograph i.e. in the direction of motion.
Also it is interesting to note almost no ripples caused by the boat. If you could add them in PS it will look more like a race.
Overall a very nice picture.

Cris,
This is a very beautiful and a very original image indeed. The way you shot it is unbelievable at least to me. A perfect 10 for originality and aesthetics and of course a perfect 10 for anything else which these two parameters do not capture, perseverance, passion for your work... well you name it.
Oh yes congratulations on the POW.

Well said Mark.

The first time I saw this photo it gave an impression that the second girl has unruffeled her friends hair and is smiling on what she just did. The girl on the right is amused at what her friend had done to her hair. Well as is obvious I am constantly being distracted by her unruffeled hair and yes her eyes apart for their beautiful smile.
The background is unsual but it also gels well with the subject matter. The photo is spontaneous and grabs attention even when you are looking at his entire folder of over 80 photos !
Congratulations on your second POW.

Salut Pierre,
Good shot. Atlast I found somebody who uses the F 60. Which lens do you use mostly.

Hi Emil,
This is very original, sensible and expressive photo. It is also quite impressive to note that a shutter speed in excess of 30 sec and all the models can hold still perticularly the pregnant woman.
Brillant work.

I think the eyes of the child close up are a bit too dark. Personally I prefer people close up to the camera in focus so perhaps more DOF would certainly improve this a lot. The flowers on the left are distracting. Shifting a little towards the right and recomposing would have been better.
Alternatly keeping the close up child in focus and the one behind him out of focus would also be nice.

The cloud seems to eminate from, the horizon gaining spread and color !! The rainbow over the electric poles looks great.

Greetings Wee,
Wonderful photo. Your comments about Indians are absolutly right. Penny wise pound foolish is how I describe my countrymen. However "Bastards" will be a more leconic description.
-
I would prefer to see the bikini model closer and the big ugly american gas guzzeler away from the camera.
Just my preference though.

Please critique this photo.
Thanks

Very compelling note.

Hmm.. This one stands out from the crowd.

A beautiful picture. IMHO you could have chosen a slightly sharper DOF as some of the flowers are out of focus. Secondly some more light on the flowers on the left would have enhanced the look considerably.

Brillient picture. Like the sharpness around subjects eyes and the vibrant colors.
