Very very cool! I love the contast and detail. this would look amazing as a large Fiber print. :)

Very nice. Personally I find the bird in flight adds to the photo! Although I can see why certain people opt for the photo without the bird in flight. There are the people who want to "break from the norm" and thoes are the people that will identify with the photo that has the lone bird in flight... and then there are thoes who like to have order and complience. Just a thought. Great image either way!

It is about time that somebody did this well. It looks great! Nice job on the PS work, and the photography. I like the way that the horizon is not level, it adds to the chaos of the scene. If I had one critique it would not be with your work, rather the acting on the part of the models. They look like they are forcing every emotion. :)
I am enjoying this whole series... :) Great work!

Very cool! Nice lighting and good model. I think this shot works better without the text, but I understand that you where trying to get a point across.

I absolutly LOVE this photo! Graet job with all aspects of this!

I like the balance in this photo and I really love the parched earth as the backdrop, however from the wording in your original post I figured that these suckers where stuffed or something. Were they actually in the middle of fighting when you took the photos or are they stuffed?

Very cool! Amazing composition, great lighting, and a captivating subject. It looks as if you get your models to be very relaxed and natural infront of your camera... I loke this image allot!

Interesting idea with the photo...
By the way... I wonder how much money the farmer would make if there where no cups of coffe purchased?

Come on Stephen, are you serious?

Ha ha... Well I was a secret opperative for the CIA and I was to be based in Split. I was put thru a crash course in the language and thrown into an unfamiliar surrounding... Not really :) ha ha Tergo is short for Trgovcic, my dad had it changed after realizing that nobody here in the U.S. could say that name. He also realized what a cool name his soon would have if he named him Johnny Tergo...

Kyle... I felt bad even suggesting anything to you, seeing as I feel that you are a far superior photographer to me! However, if you have any specific lighting questions please feel free to E-Mail me and I will do all I can do to help johnny@johnnytergo.com

I agree on the color temp diffrance now that I look at the photo more... However I think it should still look a little bit more like nite light from a street light... so I stand by my suggestion B

Did you choose to hang that painting there in the hallway? It compliments the woman rather nicley! Great shot, great acting, greatcapture. The only thing you might keep in mind the next time is throwing a gel on your strobe to even out the color temperature to either A) That of the hot light or I think even better B) A little bit more of a street light look, like the light is comming from a window that sits infront of a stret light... but you have a Great photo here!

Very well done! Great cropping, awsome pose, good expressions and good interaction between the models. The only thing I would add if I were to reshoot it would be a strip light to the subjects rear so that you would get a little seperation with his dark hair and the background... although as I am typing this I realize that may actually detract from the photo... so now I'm not sure... HA HA Awsome shote, either way!

I don't really care for this image, just not my thing. HOWEVER, I would definetly hold back judgment against the photographer, in reguards to this being a child. I know that my hand is about that size in relation to my wife. I am 6'1" 210 XL hands and she is a tiny little 5'6" 100lb woman.

Very nice! I like this shot allot! Did you desaturate this a bit? I love the subdued colors.
-
I like the shot however there is a few things that I think you can do to improve the shot. 1) I would move the model away from the wall a few steps. 2) Don't use as much softening as you have in this shot. 3) Have her tilt her head twords her front shoulder instead of the back shoulder, it looks more feminine
Positives... Great exposure, nice contrast, good fill, and pretty model... Great job!!

Hey man, what's up... So first off, great job with the use of shadow to enhance this shot. Looks good, and her leg out to the side and front is a good choice for a few reasons 1) It causes all of the right muscles to strain, so it helps with the way you choose to sculpt the light 2) The head tilt twords the forward shoulder and outsreatched leg helps to emphasie feminimity (having trouble with spelling pronunciation of this word ha ha) and power. So, Well done... wish I could get all of my photographic knowledge out of my head and into my camera, as you have done! Also, This girl looks like she is Croatian (which IS a slavic country).
