I have a fujinon 300mm C. I am considering a Wista Dx for a
lightweight 4x5. Will I be able to use this lens on this camera??
The specs say bellows extension of 305mm
I know you can get longer bellows and extension beds, but can the 300
work without these accessories?
Thanks,
Jesse

What is the collective wisdom on how to pack a spare ground glass?
I am invisioning two pieces of plexiglass with felt tape between the
plexiglass and the ground glass. Maybe duct tape sealing the two
plexiglass pieces
Any better ideas??
Thanks,
Jesse

I found the source of my problem. I removed the focusing screen to inspect it and there is a FULL WIDTH crack in the mirror.
I guess I will be speaking to the good folks at Midwest Photo Exchange tomorrow. I just received the camera today.

Proud owner of a mint RZ II with a waist level finder.
I see a double image on the focusing screen in some areas that does
not go away.
Any suggestions on what might be out of whack to cause this problem ??
Thanks

I love my pentax 645 NII. I shoot chromes only so I do not need mid roll changes. I have the 35mm, 120mm Macro, 80-160mm
I plan on the 400mm next.
Very good design features, good price point.

Greetings from Northern California,
Any user feedback on the Zone VI Ultralight offered by calumet.
Please no alternate suggestions from other camera owners on Canham,
Ebony, etc, etc etc. Just looking for user feedback on this specific
model. I already have a fantastic Arca Swiss setup, compact metric
with orbix. I am looking at this light wooden field as a lighter
addition to my Kit
Thanks in advance

Any feedback from users of the Canham Wooden 4x5 ??
I see lots of comments on the metal Canhams. I have read the review
our esteemed Q-Tuan Luong. I was looking for comments from other
users for views on ease of use, rigidity, quality of construction.
My lenses are 72mm SA XL, 150mm,
400mm tele=xenar.
How about movements on the 72mm with a wide angle bellows?
regards, jesse

Lutz,
I love my xpan, I have all three lenses and might buy a second body - one for triX one for chromes. I would love another lens esp a fast one
I also love ALL your gear

I have a Arca Swiss compact metric 4 x 5. I currently pack it in a
Lowe photo trekker backpack by the following method.
fold the rail on itself -
remove the standards with the bellows attached -
pack the rail and function carriers separate from the standards with
bellows
Does any other user of this camera model have a diffrent, perhaps
more efficient method ??
