What was the exposer time ?

Why most of the animals in this folder are out of focus?

The contrast is very low, strange choice of framing.

Overall this picture is below average.

The BG is not sufficiently dark so one can see some elements not related to the picture,

such as some parking lot elemnts, some

advertising red-white-yellow board or may be it is a bus stop . Also the constraction crane under the tower can be headen if you chose another angle for the shot
