This is so good, but I have to nitpick (just a little.) It would benefit from mild cropping to get rid of the top horizontal line. It is too close to the border and by its removal will balance the bottom.
Remember, its only digital, when you get a Leica, you can be pure... :-)

Lorraine,
This is indeed lovely. Dare I push my luck and suggest you try this in B&W, with some work on the curves in PhotoShop? Try using AutoContrast and then bring up the topend a bit with Curves and see what you think.

There are nuances to this photo which I continue to find intriguing. I am reminded of Hopper's 'Nighthawks at the Diner' by your compositon. You have a terrific eye.

Tom,
Yes, your little experiment has been discovered. We know that you changed the HTML script to change any rating on your photo to 10/10. Some people have not realized that. They have not yet realized that they can go to their workspace and edit the phony rating and give you the rating they really meant to. But you were already helping yourself along for quite a while....you have rated ALL you photos 10/10 quite a while ago, and there are also some other rather phony looking ratings. It is about time you cleaned up your act. Get rid of all the self (and phony) ratings, or are you like Aslan and Nejat, and a few others so insecure and pathetic that you have to resort to this childish stuff to make you seem like an important highly rated photographer. When all is said, some of your work is quite good. Try being honest with yourself and others and you might find there are not so many low ratings. After all, if I rate you 1/1, that combined with your 10/10 self-rating is still 5.5/5.5...and it looks as though you created a phony second Peter Wallack to offset the initial low ratings he was giving you. Your experiment would be amusing if you hadn't been cheating and lying all along.

And best nude, even after all the excuses and the pseudo tech crap about the lighting.

I bet you thought you had died and gone to heaven when you saw this. Great shot
