The 28mm F2.8 AF doesn't have a good rep, the 28mm F2.8 AIS is considered one the great Nikon lenses.

I have both a High Eypoint and a regular finder on mine. I sold my first one off and missed it so much that I went back and bought another. I have used the F, F2, F4 and F5 and the F3 is my favorite.

The Nikon F3 was at rue classic. I always use a MD-4 on mine these pictures are with the 50mm F2.0 AI and the Ektar 100.

Great pic and Congrats

It is a massive beast. I just finished my first roll and was impressed. My main camera has been thef F3 MD4 combo but I am having a harder and harder time focusing so I am trying out the F4. The Af is faster than I expected.
