OH! I love this.
-
I agree about the photo being way too 'muddy'. The highlights are just not strong enough. I think either print it with a higher contrast, or next time, even though this was probably a split second thing, very quick, blah... try to expose subjects with highlights like this (where the fur of the cat is white fur) a little longer so it is white in the print also. However, since the shade of the blinds in relation to the subject is almost completely insignificant, you can probably do more work in the darkroom to brighten this kitty up. Other than that, I hope SOMETHING I said was helpful and you did a great job of being at the right place at the right time. I personally like the crop you have on it now. nice job.

This photo is just amazing. I would love to hang it on my wall.

Not sure if I like this, I'm having trouble critiquing it since it is
my own image. I would like to hear what you all have to say about it.
-
This is probably my favorite photo that I've taken. I'd really like
to know what everyone else thinks of it, thanks!

When you know it's a baseball diamond, for some reason, it makes me smile. I dont think many pictures make me feel like that. Whatever "that" is, I don't really know, but it's neat.

Wow, nice... The sense of isolation and liberation I feel when looking at it are very rewarding. It's a refreshing shot, bravo. The only one tiny thing that I am still undecided about is the land in the back. I think it might look better without it.

I know this photo makes me feel a certain way, however I wonder how
it makes other people, who don't really know my friends, feel. I'd
like to hear any comments that you might have, or critiques. Also,
the grain is very strong on this picture, I wish it wasen't, and it
seems to be taking over all of my photos! I used tri-x 400 rated at
400 and this exposure was probably 1/20 - 1/40 [ish] and if I
guessed the f stop, I'd say around 5.6 - 8 [ish]. It was developed
in 1:9 D76 for 5:45 at 75 F. Thanks!!

Hey, thanks for the comment. Yeah, I agree. I'm going to have to do something soon with my developing to get less grain. If anyone has any suggestions, Go ahead! :)

It reminds me of a Nike commercial for some reason. :) Not in a bad way though, I like it! :)
-
It looks so surreal.

I see this image in the critque section often, everytime I look at it, it looks more, intriguing. Really nice job.

The colors are WOW. The composition, all of it, so great.
-

-
Hehe, this reminds me of a friend of mine's parents. Nice job. :)
-
You know, you really got down and dirty, these are very amazing. Great job. ;)
-
Yeah, I agree, it has alot more than a normal portrait does. Tells a story, or, at least, makes me feel something. Bravo :)
-
Soo nice.

Very cool!
-
I think it's really really cool. :)

What a magical place. Looks liks something from a book, or painting. :)
-
I don't know why I like this so much. But I do. I don't really have anything else to say. Hehe, nice one.
