susan stone 0 Posted March 4, 2008 Joe you must have a personal table at O'Malley's! This series of portraits is so well done, you've used the lighting to create a wonderful moodiness that's very nostalgic of an earlier era, the clock has truly been turned back in these stunning images. The silhouette really works here in juxaposition to the exit sign and the fan adds brilliantly to the storyline. Have a cold one for me. Link to comment
richard hans 0 Posted March 4, 2008 Gorgeous silhouette against a nice warm background, simple subject, unusual effect of the art, Joseph P.!!! Best regards Link to comment

Funtak 0 Posted March 4, 2008 Is she going to help you find the exit, is she waiting someone, is she the obstacle before getting out; that ominous picture on the wall, many questions emerge from the darkness..Briliant picture my friend..glad You are back Link to comment
joe-tury 0 Posted March 4, 2008 Nice bookend to the series. I've seen this many times ( in the past ) closing down the local crawl. I like the atmosphere that you have captured. Link to comment

katzpjs 50 Posted March 5, 2008 I love the silhouette and it appear this may be the proper ending of your nice series, but I keep wondering if there might have been a black & white version of this that would have been even more striking? Link to comment
jcpopper 0 Posted March 5, 2008 Vladimir, Mary, Joseph, Ioannis, Fly, Shawn: Thanks so much for your comments and suggestions. I do want to clear up one thing. The title of this image was taken simply from the sign. It does not indicate anything about the series. The O'Malley folder is an ongoing project. Warm regards... Link to comment
