Where I Wander

WJT

I feel this looks best in the LARGER VIEW. Exposure was 2 seconds at f22. Gitzo 1325/Acratech ball head. Cropped, and adjusted using Photoshop CS in Ektaspace.

Excellent use of the colors here, and the perspective looking up towards the bridge is nice. My favorite element is the colored leaves on the branches coming in from the top of the frame. If they were not there, all you would have would be the gray sky and they add a nice amount of pop to the photo.

Very nice autumn scene with good composition and warm colors. (Not so "busy" for me, just the forest as is)... Jiri

Walter, nice new angle, great details, colors, and very nice framing with the orange leaves on top. I viewed LARGE and it also looks good in a square format (from top down just to the bottom of the largest rock on right and yellow leaves on the left). BTW, went here twice this year and came back with nada. Nice work - Bryan.

Very sharp details. I like especially the placement of the thin tree trunk in the upper right 1/3, just under the red leaves. The details pop out because of the strong contrasts in color and brightness in this area.

for stopping and sharing your thoughts with me! Bryan, I will consider the square crop. This year's season seemed shorter to me for some reason. I'm sorry you did not have any luck at this location. Perhaps next year. Regards.

Wonderful color and detail. The composition is so very busy, so much to look at and each thing is interesting. Nice job! Nature at it's best.
