Love this work. As I see it the unused piano merges or is sucked into the very strong background. A visual metaphor for pandemic life and it's impact upon our pleasures and those who create.

I fully agree with Tony's statement; the empty stage and suggested promise of something artistic and/or creative that is not taking place does also make me think of the present life, limited by all kinds of measures. The relative softness of the grand piano and the rectangles in the background enhance that sense. Kind regards, Vincent

Bravo Michael, I agree with the opinions expressed by Antony and Vincent. what strikes me in this photo is the dramatic contrast between the cool blue color of the background, heated by the warm red color of the side frames. ciao Giangiorgio
