Pierre Dumas 291 Posted April 24, 2018 Brilliant! I chose two to comment, this one as most transformed and the least transformed! All are brilliantly done and look great! PDE Link to comment
michaellinder 16,613 Posted April 24, 2018 Tatiana, although each image in this series is worthy of comment, I decided to select this one for that purpose. I think it has to do primarily with the congruency of the curves among the tiles, the smaller piece, and the larger one. The black and white tiles give the image(s) the appearance of a harlequin; I've seen such a pattern in some surrealistic art (although my memory won't let me identify what and by whom). Harlequins were considered comic figures even though I se no comedy here. - - My best, michael Link to comment
setsail728 15 Posted April 24, 2018 The patterns together work symbiotically to make a splendid photo... much better than any of the photo’s elements taken alone. You have a superb photographic eye!! Link to comment

tai 3 Posted April 25, 2018 I really appreciate, Michael, your extremely interesting observation of congruence and Harlequin. I did not think about it, I just had fun with the photo of this tea container my grandmother used. Thank you very much for your compliment! Sincerely, Tatiana Link to comment
