Zbigniew Tyburczy - ZT 6 Posted February 3, 2018 John,A lot of very positive energy in just one photo!...And the message-the most important one...meaning of being a human being,ZT, Link to comment
andrzejp 7 Posted February 3, 2018 I wish I could like this photo but I do not know how. I need help! Link to comment
kazimir 5 Posted February 3, 2018 John...I would like to lament on this picture and made an essay (read a Hemingway two days ago)...but all words escape me...I'm speechless (or wordless?)...beautiful in its eternity...all the best!!! Link to comment
John Peri 1,029 Posted February 3, 2018 Haha Andrew, I am very often mystified by some things people like that I do not at all .. : -). Thanks for passing by .. Link to comment
andrzejp 7 Posted February 3, 2018 Hi John, You clearly misunderstood my comment. I love the picture but i do not know how to mark it as liked on photo.net site!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Link to comment
John Peri 1,029 Posted February 3, 2018 That's very kind Andrew, thank you once again, but you know, alike all of us I sometimes see things in museums that people are ecstatic over which I don't like at all, so no problem anyway if some things are not liked, maybe not this time but on another occasion it will certainly be the case ... : -) Link to comment
andrzejp 7 Posted February 3, 2018 Hi John,Of course I agree with you. Name recognition will get your art into museum, even if its crap. However you did no answer my question. Under every posted picture on photo.net there is a small star "total number of likes" this picture has 4. How do I make it 5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This was my original question. Link to comment
setsail728 15 Posted February 4, 2018 Nice shot indeed! As others have mentioned, her expression captures the eye and the viewer's thoughts. "What is she thinking?" Link to comment
John Peri 1,029 Posted February 4, 2018 Many thanks for passing by and commenting Warren . Zbiegnew and Nebojska. Link to comment
John Peri 1,029 Posted February 4, 2018 Andrew, to answer your question, when you click on a photo to open it, you will find in the left hand top corner in small writing, a star with "favourite" and a heart with "admire" written next to them .. you click on these and it's noted .... Link to comment
andrzejp 7 Posted February 4, 2018 Hi John, Yes I know but admiring photo has no connection with total likes, favoring photo adds it to my favorites and has no effect on total likes. Your total likes are 11 but I have no idea how is this number generated. both admiring and favorite seems to have no connection with this. Link to comment
John Peri 1,029 Posted February 4, 2018 Ha, I have no idea where the likes come from Andrew ... : -) Link to comment
garyminor 0 Posted August 16, 2018 Another favorite! I think this is one of the best portraits I've seen on Photo.net. Tack sharp, beautiful tones and color. And her expression reels you in. I think this image has everything a great portrait should have. And did I mention she is incredibly beautiful. Link to comment
