Flamingo taking off - (Phoenicopterus ruber)

The oblique light of the first sun at dawn, highlights the trails left by the take-off of the flamingo (Phoenicopterus ruber). The photo was taken from a hill overlooking the lagoon of Cagliari at the distance of about one kilometer. Thanks for your comments

Hello Giangiorgio. I like the composition, the contrast of colors and the wonderful wake left by the flamenco when taking off...... Kind Regards, Rosario.

Timely capture and nice effect. Visually pleasing, and immediately captivating. IMHO after many years of looking at photographs and taking them, I guess any amateur or professional photographer is looking for that "initial impulse" to see it longer, or seeing it again. In a world where there are literally billions of images being uploaded everywhere, you can call this a well deserved achievement. DG

What power and grace, Giangiorgio. Truly amazing how the sunlight enhances the water rings. Wonderful colors, light and composition. Greetings, Paul.
