second looks

One challenge for a water colorist like me is to plan long enough in advance to preserve whites in my paintings. Lately while in my photographer/painter brain I am on the alert for whites. This view towards 2nd ave in Nashville, Tn excited me for the whites and because I didn’t know mules had been recruited for carriage rides.

Ah! You have a very artistic mind's eye! I really like what you've done here!! The superwhite works well here and there is just enough color interspersed to not have the white overwhelming!! Marvelous rendering of a beautiful scene! Bravo!
