new photos Warm autumn day

All summer insects in my area were less than usual and today I had a

surprise to find in the garden this big green grasshopper that was a

so good subject to me and let me take few shots.Sigma 70mm macro f5,6

We don't have grasshoppers of this size where I live, and I don't miss them! The image is good though, and you have managed to get a perfect background.

Nature is quite the sculptor, this time all in green with flower for accent. And of course you are there to flawlessly record it for us.

Jack,yes the design of this insect is amazing when is seen in macro view,sometime I am wonder why nature did this in a very huge complexity,and this is seen every where in nature to all creature and plants.Thank you for comment,appreciate.

Mike,is a nice subject but this summer I had no luck as previous years because insects were less than usual,I think the weather was upside down and this is seen in my garden with less fruits than usual.Thank you for comment.
