How you do these is beyond me. You have a special talent for capturing the almost PIXAR like quality of the macro world without being either clinical or clichéd.

One can't help but admire the intricate detail, fine textures and  great sharpness, not to mention timing and natural looking colour.  The other wonderful thing about the image is that it was taken with equipment that doesn't cost a kings ransom but still produces excellent quality nonetheless!

Thank you all for your visit, comments, and appreciation. Macro photography of insects is a tedious exercise, both in shooting and post processing. But, always rewarding with a sense of accomplishment and skill honing...

I did a lot of reading before buying this lens and do not regret my decision.
