The grass on top of the snow covered dune was lit by the late

afternoon sun and stood out against the big sky hovering over the

harbour.Thank you for your comment-Laurent

How simple and magnificent an image! Excellent composition, lighting is super effective, it is a great photograph.  To bad, . . . it is not my shoot.

Greetings.

Thank you for viewing and for the so kind appreciation. This is a rather deserted beach especially at this time of the year;not many/no walkers here but sometimes some ATV using the dunes for acrobatic activities.I think my dog and I are the sole diligent visitors and on this day,all the ducks were lined up for good shots including the undisturbed fresh snow coating.

Merci et meilleures salutations-Laurent

Thank you for viewing and for the observation.I did some touch-ups in PP but not on the sharpness which is the out of the camera value;it looks ok on my monitor but you could be right if you have a better calibrated unit.In any case,I appreciate your input.

Meilleures salutations-Laurent
