Lovely moment captured, Rajat. I much like your framing of this, but in particular I like your applied B&W processing here. Very effectively rendered.

(If I ignore the nametag on the gentleman at the right, I dare say that he almost looks like Jimmy Stewart, waiting for a ride, while chatting with the doorman for a minute.. :-)

Good bl.&w. composition,my friend, perhaps you should open up the shadows a tad in the foreground, (Plants door and men). Regards.

Good Morning Rajat, This is top notch my friend. I like the setting as well as the subjects in this case, very noir. Excellent B&W tones.

Best Always,

Holger

Hi Rajat,

A fine capture shot with a very good lens from Sigma.

I have enjoyed testing the newer Sigma lens designed for the 4/3 micro and Sony E mirror-less cameras. Due to the shortened back focus requirements, the designs have been improved over some "standard lens" found for the DSLR marketplace. The value of this lens is outstanding, too.

Its optimal range for high clarity level is found at F/2.8 to F/4, with F/5.6 as a last stop before roll-off becomes apparent.

The presentation is excellent, too.

Best Regards my friend, Mike

I too like the framing and the animated look of the subjects, the stark B & W tones gives a timeless kind of atmosphere to the scene.

Very well done!

Best Regards

What I like here is the atmosphere. The two men in B/W fitting perfectly to the lighted surrounding ,.Very well PP  , using the B/W and grey tones.

These two are obviously having a mildly animated conversation and that makes the shot more interesting.  You lucked out with the dark suited man being placed against a lighter background and the white shirted gentleman against the darker door.  With such a range of light and dark tones the soft lighting was another blessing.  A tad more shadow detail is required for my screen but that would be very easily remedied in photoshop if the artistic desire to do that was there.  Best, LM.
