I like the warm aspect and the superb detail of stones etc on the beach.  The larger view really makes a difference when viewing this image, the distant houses and even the birds on the wet sand become that much more visible.

I also like the silhouettes and reflected shadows of the strolling couple and the dog.

The only improvements I would suggest (which are very easy to suggest in retrospect but never that easy when the shot presents itself) is to have taken the shot a few seconds sooner, placing the couple slightly closer and further left in the frame, and maybe using a ND grad filter to diffuse the harsh light  of the sun a bit more.
