There are so many things I like about this image. I love her arm. I love the way she looks at the camera. I love the way her fingers go through her hair. The way you have captured this is pretty good too. I hope you know I am joking, this is a fantastic image.

  This is the perfect pose and the ultimate facial expression.  What bothers me is that with a digital camera that is capable of only 5 stops of tonal range, that you underexposed to throw one stop away.  (Look at the histogram)  That results in the highlight in her eye being darker than white and the whites of her eyes to look dark and her teeth dingy.
