Yet another marvelous post process to make a painting out of a photo. I think it works very well! And who doesn't love looking at the sites in Venezia!! Bravo!

I think your work on the sky is especially interesting.  At my age (74) it is sometimes hard to adapt to new ideas.  I have to decide whether photography is not turning into oil painting and whether I like that or not.

I like that oil or perhaps "impressionist painting" look, in fact the whole series is a revelation in post processing for me.

photography has no limitations, perhaps the minds of men sometimes do : - )
